The energy levels of two interacting electrons in a 2D quantum dot confined by finite Gaussian potential and subjected to uniform magnetic field perpendicular the plane are studied. Analytic results obtained for spectrum two-electron system as well single electron. at which ground state transitions from spin-singlet spin-triplet is calculated compared with experimental data previous theoretical infinite harmonic confining potential. function data.
